He is preceded in death by: mother, Buelah Scott; father, NC Scott; Luevina Shaw, Flora Mae Johnson; Otis Walker, Ezell Thomas. He leaves to cherish his memory; wife, Gloria Scott; child, Ken Scott; sisters, Velma Esaw, Nellie Mosely; brothers, Benjamin Scott, Willie Scott; brothers-in-law, Edward Terry and Arthur Kendall; sisters-in-law, Edwina Kendall, Frances Colston, Cassandra Terry and Barbara Kendall; and a host of family and friends.
