Michael T. Walker

It is with great sadness that the family of Michael T. Walker announces his passing on Thursday, April 19, 2018. Michael, the beloved son of Kay Walker Rector and the late David M. Walker was born on December 1, 1969, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He graduated from Catholic High School in 1988 and the University of Arizona, Tucson. Michael will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He loved hunting, fishing and all things outdoors and ironically fashion. If you knew Michael you know he could dominate a conversation. He was known for his smart wit and intellect. Nothing made him happier than spending time with his son Whit. Watching him play baseball or just taking a long drive together in the country. He was preceded in death by his father David Walker. He is survived by his mother Kay Rector and stepfather Henry Rector, stepmother JJ Walker, Love of his life Misty Lacewell and son Whit Walker, sisters Suzi Barnes (Michael) and Andrea Walker, brothers Blaine Walker and Judd Walker. Step Siblings Hank Rector, Mary Fields (Mike) and Susan Rector. Nieces Stevie Walker, Sydney & Abbey Barnes, nephews Avett & Townes Walker and many more family and friends. A celebration of Michael's life will be announced at a later date and we will celebrate big! Memorials can be made to the Pulaski County Humane Society.
