Polly Adair, 92, of North Little Rock passed away Monday, July 30, 2018. She was born June 10, 1926 in Ashley County, Arkansas to Roy and Ola Fuller Maglothin. She was member of Baring Cross Baptist Church, taught Sunday school, Vacation bible school and worked in the nursery. She was the oldest of seven children, an excellent cook who cooked at church, and decorated the church; she had the "gift of hospitality". Miss Polly was the top Tupperware salesperson in Arkansas. She was a hand model, taught dance at Arthur Murry's Dance Studio. She also worked as a Dental Assistant and in the medical records at Baptist Hospital. She is survived by three children, Andrea (David) Curry, Rodney Hoyt Adair (Sharon Ann Pierce) and Kim Adair; grandchildren, Davina Flowers, Justin Curry (Sara), Celeste Haner (Andrew), J.J. Brawley, Brandy Dozier, and Jessie Adair; great-grandchildren, Ella Curry, Andrew Curry, Geneva Brawly; and a great-great-granddaughter; three siblings, Raymond (Judy) Maglothin, Jeanette Anderson and Danny Maglothin. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Andrew Adair "Andy"; two sisters, Shugg Draper and Opal Russell; brother, Jimmy Maglothin; and her daughter-in-law, Theresa Adair. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Friday, August 3, 2018 at Baring Cross Baptist Church. Burial will be at Arkansas Memorial Gardens.
