Dale Roy Parks aka "Head" was born September 2, 1959 in Little Rock to Frank and Martha Parks. He leaves to cherish his memories: three sisters, Shirley (Bobby) Clinger, Betty Barnes both of Little Rock and Brenda Parks Robinson of England. five brothers: Earl (Liz) Parks of Independence, Kansas, Charles Sr. (Joyce) Parks of Stuttgart, Arkansas David (Velma) Parks of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Ricky and Billy Parks both of Little Rock, Arkansas. A special nephew, Kaylan Clinger aka "Buddy" and a host of other nephews, nieces, family and friends. Funeral Service will be 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Eagle Saints Outreach Ministry 7314 Geyer Springs Road Little Rock, Arkansas. Burial will be in Arkansas Memorial Gardens by Paradise Funeral Home of Pine Bluff. "Only Paradise Can Serve You Better!"
