Rodney L. Smart

Rodney L. Smart, age 73, of Romance, passed away on August 13, 2018. He was born on September 28, 1944. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Mary Jewel Smart; brothers, Jerry, Franklin, Wilbur, and Wayne Smart, and sisters, June Thompson and Sharon Lee. Rodney is survived by his wife of 48 years, Betty; son, Zach Smart, and sister, Sheila Childs.
