Neoma Tudor, 90, of Batesville died Sunday, August 12, 2018. She was born January 9, 1928 at Marked Tree, Arkansas to Charles Patrick and Myrtle Odell Elrod Nash. Memorial services will be Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 2 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel.
