Pearlie Mae Garland

Pearlie Mae (Richards) Garland, age 75, of North Little Rock formerly of Hot Springs died Tuesday, August 7, 2018. She was born to Charles and Annie Bell (Barnes) Richardson on March 9, 1943, in Lewisville, Ark. Upon graduating high school, she went on to attend Arkansas Baptist College in Little Rock. While living in Little Rock, she met and married Thomas (T.J.) Garland. Ms. Pearlie is survived by her daughter, Annette Garland of Baltimore, Md., son, Candy Lynn Garland (April), of Jacksonville, Ark., and daughter, Kimberly Garland of Hot Springs; two grandsons, Shannon and Jerome Adams, both of Austin, Texas, and one granddaughter, Kandice Garland, of Jacksonville, Ark. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one daughter, Torrea Jackson. A memorial service will take place at Carrigan Memorial Funeral Services, 336 East Grand Ave., Hot Springs, Ark., Friday, August 17, at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, JoAnn, Ark.
