Mary E. Denton

Mary E. Denton, age 78, of Richmond, Indiana, died Tuesday, August 14, 2018, at Golden Living Center-Richmond. Mary was born April 10, 1940, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Mr. and Mrs. P.J. Ransom, the oldest of 13 children. She graduated from Jacksonville High School. Mary had lived in Richmond since 1990. She liked fishing and giving to others. Mary loved life and lived it to the fullest. Survivors include her sons, Shawn (Amanda) Romero of Port Charlotte, Florida, and Richard Romero of Arkansas; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several sisters and brothers, including Ray and Tommy Ransom of Arkansas; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Denton; parents; and several sisters and brothers, including Pete Ransom. There will be no services for Mary E. Denton.
