Emma Jean Handley, 77, Menifee, Ark. departed this life on Friday, August 17, 2018. She was born in Plumerville, Ark. on May 21, 1941 to the late Houston Hammond and Willie Mae (Donald) Halcrombe. She is survived by two sons, Sam (Sandra) Green of Conway, Ark. and John (Bettina) Green of Little Rock, Ark.; two sisters, Mildred Canady of Menifee, Ark. and Mary Ridout of Little Rock, Ark.; one brother, David (Nancy) Halcrombe of Morrilton, Ark.; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services 1 p.m., Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Greater Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 728 Mt. Olive Road, Plumerville, Ark.
