Flossie Mae Alexander-Bingham, 85, of West Helena, Arkansas, passed August 13, 2018. She is survived by four daughters: Rita Alexander; Patricia Alexander; Jacqueline Echols, all of Mabelvale, Arkansas; and Marilyn Norwood of West Helena, Arkansas; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters; a special brother-in-law; two special nieces; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
