Chad Boswell

Photo of Chad Boswell
Chad Boswell of Miramar Beach, Florida and formerly of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed from this earth on August 10, 2018. He was an exceptionally good man who was an outstanding father to his two children, a loving brother, and a devoted son. Chad had been an outstanding drummer for many Atlanta-based rock bands. His talent as a drummer was amazing, his singing voice was beautiful, and he had a sarcastically funny sense of humor. Although Chad suffered from Muscular Dystrophy, he continued to be an active surfer and cyclist. He regularly worked out at the gym to fight his muscle disease. His courage was remarkable. After recently being diagnosed with cancer, he continued to fight. His pain increased. God spared Chad continuing pain by giving his a sudden death. His family gives thanks to God that he will no longer suffer. Chad has been an example to his friends and family. His light will never be extinguished because he will live on in the lives of his children, Coleman and Connor Boswell; his brother, Michael Boswell; his sister, Leigh Boswell; his nephew, Jordan Phillips; and his parents, Ronald Boswell and Jo Boswell. He will be missed and treasured forever. On August 25, a spiritual service will be held at sunset on Miramar Beach followed by a celebration of Chad's life held by his family and his many friends.
