Reginald Surratt, 48, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life August 22, 2018. He was preceded in death by: father, Feay (FT) Surratt Jr; paternal grandfather, Feay (FT) Surratt Sr; maternal grandfather, Herman White; uncle, Eugene White; aunt, Barbara Thomas; nephews, Michael Floyd Jr and Mickey Surratt. He leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Erma Lee Stewart; siblings, Richard Surratt, Regina Surratt-Dennis, Rochelle Surratt, Earnestine Surratt-Vines, Shirley Surratt-Chestnut; and a host of other family and friends.
