Jane was a graduate of Clarendon High School and attended Stephens College in Columbia, Mo., and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She received her master's degree in social work and spent many years as an advocate dedicated to this profession. She was a devoted member of the Trinity United Methodist Church of Little Rock. Her greatest love in life was her family and her friends. The loss of her leadership, laughter and strong moral character will be felt by all. The world is a better place because of Jane. Special thanks to her caregiver Kara Brazzelle and her friend Buddy Rawls for their devoted care. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Jane's name to Trinity United Methodist (1101 N. Mississippi St., Little Rock, Ark. 72207) or to The American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org. There will be a private family celebration of Jane's life.
