Lillian Odessa Linville

Lillian Odessa Linville, 91, died Friday, February 9, 2018. She was born February 3, 1927 in the Union Hill Community a daughter of the late Hob and Katy Clark Knight. The widow of Leslie Linville, she was a homemaker and a member of the Hopewell Community Church. She enjoyed reading her Bible daily and watching religious programs on television. Mrs. Linville loved her children and grandchildren deeply. Survivors: Children, Steve Baker of Hernando, Mississippi and Jerry Hickmon of Searcy; siblings, Ernest Knight of Union Hill, Ruby Turner of Bradford and Janiece Purtell of Shannon Hills; grandchildren, Franklin Hickmon, Debbie Turney, Jennifer Turney, Tina McCauley, Shannon Barnes, Steven Baker and Todd Baker; 8 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by 2 sons, Jason Hickmon and Bruce McCauley; siblings, Arzella Layton, Irene VanWinkle, Carl Knight, Billy Knight, Wilma Roberts and Cecil McDougal. Funeral services: Sunday, February 11, 2018, 2:30 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel.
