Carl Ray Carter, 80, of Drasco passed away February 16. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Carter, sons Todd (Judy) Carter and Mark (Connie) Carter, stepdaughter,s Elizabeth Box and Kathern Mahoney, stepsons, William (Edith) Morrissey, Mark (Grace) Morrissey and Michael (Marla) Morrissey, 15 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
