Marcus Todd Billingsley, 53, of East End went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 22, 2018 with all of his family by his side. Todd was a native of Little Rock and a resident of East End for the past 23 years. He was a 1984 graduate of Parkview High School. Todd was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity at the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville, National Rifle Association and East Union Missionary Baptist Church. He worked as a pressman for DP&L for 36 years. Todd was a loving and devoted husband and father and a devout Christian. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed his life on his 40 acres. His life was an example of a caring, patient and hard-working man. He is preceded in death by his father, Marcus Keith Billingsley. Todd is survived by his wife of 24 years, Elaine Wisely Billingsley of East End; daughters, Payton Alyse and Abby Lou Billingsley both of East End; mother, Mary Lou Billingsley of Little Rock; brother, Keith Billingsley (Tracey) of Little Rock; nephew, Kyle Billingsley of Little Rock; and niece, Kara White (Robbie) of Bentonville, Arkansas. Funeral service with Brother Paul Roberts officiating will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 25, 2018 at East Union Missionary Baptist Church, 20422 N. Springlake Road, Hensley, Arkansas with burial to follow at Lost Creek Cemetery in Sheridan.
