Goldie Aline Holladay Davis

Goldie Aline Holladay Davis, 89, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 23, 2018. Aline was born on May 29, 1928 in Jonesboro to Loyd and Minnie Holladay. She grew up in Jonesboro where she lived until her marriage to Olen Davis on May 1, 1946. They moved to the Little Rock area in the early 1950s where they raised their four children, Wayne Phillip, Sharon and Roger. Aline loved the Lord, her church and her involvement in Community Bible Study where she was a Leader for many years and made many dear friends. She was predeceased by her husband of sixty years, Olen Davis, and her oldest son, Wayne Spillman. She is survived by her children, Phillip (Dori), Sharon Hutchinson (Robert) and Roger (Terry); and grandchildren, Michelle, Maria, Gayla, Jill, Christy, Matthew, Jonathan, Andrew, Sarah, Mary and Patrick. She had eleven great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her loving sister, Margaret Montgomery and sister-in-law, Juanita Holladay. Services will be held on Friday, March 2 at 10:30 a.m., preceded by visitation beginning at 9:30 at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.).
