Mary Vaughan

Mary Frances Vaughan, 83, was born to Tom and Lois Manning on Aug. 9, 1934, in Searcy, Ark., and passed away on Jan. 4, 2018, in Germantown, Tenn. Mrs. Vaughan worked for Meyers Bakery as an executive secretary for over 30 years. She was a great cook with chocolate chip cookies being her specialty. She also loved to fish and spending time at the lake with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Coleman Vaughan, a grandson Matthew Vaughan, and a sister Pat King. She is survived by two children Ronnie (Sherry) Vaughan, and Ann (David) Heffington, five grandchildren, Mary (Tommy) Orr, Stan (Nikki) Heffington, Tim Heffington, Meeka (Ryan) Smith, Kyle (Samantha) Vaughan, nine great grandchildren, Tyler (Eden) Vaughan, Courtney Strange, Lauren Heffington, Morgan Heffington, Zoey Heffington, Charlcie Smith, Aly Heffington, Johnny Coleman Smith, Mollie Elaine Vaughan. Visitation is Sunday Jan. 7, 2018, from 1:30 p.m. until Service time at 2:30 p.m. in the Searcy Roller Daniel funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Gum Springs Cemetery.
