Velma Owens

Velma M. Owens, 49, of Little Rock, Ark. departed this life January 4, 2018. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank Owens and Helen Rush. She leaves to cherish her memory her siblings, Linda Jean (Ronnie) Morgan of Little Rock, Ark; Diane Collins of Appomattox, Va.; Donna Nowden of Little Rock, Ark.; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
