Timothy Gerald Driggers

Timothy Gerald Driggers of Hot Springs, age 57, died Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. He was born September 27, 1960, the oldest son of Gerald T. Driggers and Jo Nell Vaughn Driggers. His father and daughter, Karli Driggers, predeceased him. Tim was a 1978 graduate of Lake Hamilton High School and graduated in 1983 from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He married his sweetheart, Susan, on December 29, 1984. Tim worked for West Central Arkansas Planning and Development District as a project engineer He attended Community of Christ and was a living testimony of Jesus Christ. Tim was a passionate horseman working alongside his father raising colts on his Double D Quarter Horse Farm, but his greatest love was being Daddy to his two daughters. Surviving are his wife, Susan Driggers of Hot Springs; two daughters and sons-in law, Kass and Karl Seidenschnur of Little Rock and Kelci and Brad Barker of Fort Worth, Texas; his mother, Jo Nell Driggers of Pearcy; his brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Gina Driggers of Fayetteville; his parents-in-law, O.J. and Corine Smith of Hot Springs; his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Laura and Alan Polk of Jackson, Tennessee, his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Doug and Serra Smith of Livermore, California; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs, with Brother Harry Crabtree and Brother Lee Floyd officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Tabor Cemetery at Glenwood. Visitation will be Friday, 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Driggers, Jerry Driggars, Seth Driggers, Britt Driggers, Shane Driggers, Chad Vaughn, Hayden Vaughn, Alan Polk, and Dwayne Pratt. Honorary Pallbearers include Ralph and Doris Wacaster, Dr. Kevin Hale, Dr. Amarinder Bindra, Dr. Parag Kale, LVAD Coordinators Travis Kleckner and Corey James, the Fourth Floor critical care staff at Baylor University Medical Center, Tim's faithful prayer warriors and his loyal barn assistant, Ranger.
