DAVID DUKE PETERS, 64, of North Little Rock, passed away Friday, Jan. 5, 2018. He was born June 23, 1953, in Germany to John and Mary Duke Peters. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Diane Taylor. He is survived by his niece, Jory (Robert) Williams.
