Rose Marie Bartsch, 89, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, January 13, 2018. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 17 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church in Little Rock by Msgr. Scott Friend and Fr. Erik Pohlmeier.
