Daniel Scott Jackson

Daniel Scott Jackson, 51, of Huntsville, passed away January 21, 2018 in Springdale. He born June 1, 1966, the son of Tom and Shirley Johnson Jackson of Huntsville. Known as Giggles, Sunny Boy, Danny Jack, Slick and Cornbread Red; Daniel had a contagious laugh and love for life. He had a patient demeanor, giving heart, and generous spirit. An avid golfer and fisherman, he loved his family and friends dearly; and his little dog, Chewey. Daniel was predeceased by his father, Tom. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Jackson of Aurora; his brother and sister-in-law, David and Julia Jackson of Kingston; his sister and brother-in-law, Melanie and Brian Arterbury of Flower Mound, Texas; one son, Brady Jackson of Springfield, Missouri; two daughters, Cassidy Jackson of Springdale, and Kennedy Jackson of Aurora; and one grand-daughter, Aliyea Jackson. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 23 at Brashears Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held in the Bruce Brashears Memorial Chapel at 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 24th with Pat Mannon officiating. Interment will be in the Aurora Cemetery following the service.
