Florence Summons-Jenkins

Mrs. Florence Summons-Jenkins was born February 16, 1926 to the late Willie and Corine Summons. She leaves to cherish her memory three daughters that she raised, Lillie Carter (Rev. Michael), Ernestine Evans (Roger) and Geanice Hunter; two stepdaughters, Aletha Wright (Rev. Billy), Mary Wesley, two stepsons, Herman Jenkins and Ernest Jenkins, two brothers, Rev Lloyd Summons and Albert Summons and five sisters, Esther Summons, Eddie Mahone, Dorothy McCoy, Lucille James and Willie Mae Shorty. Her husband Deacon John Jenkins and two brothers, Eugene Summons and Rev. Sylvester Summons and one sister, Eloise Summons preceded her in death. Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Grace Temple AME Zion Church, 3221 S. Gaines St., Little Rock, Ark. Rev. Dr. M.O. Carter, Pastor.
