Tina Marie Orr "Mee Maw," 55, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away peacefully on January 20, 2018. Her loving survivors include: husband, Leon Orr; son, Cameron Phillips; daughter, Lacy Baty; brothers, Vincent Carter, Donnell Hadley, William Hadley and Tony Thomas and a host of other relatives and special friends. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018, 12 noon, at Soul Winning Temple COGIC, 704 West 38th Street, North Little Rock, Ark.
