Paulette Nefaye Kelly

Paulette NeFaye Talley Kelly, 71, retired owner/operator of Sit n' Toot a Tot Daycare, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 22, 2018. She is survived by daughters, Kimberly McIntosh, Nichelle Kelly Underwood, and Natalie Kelly Douglas (Nathaniel); brothers, Berlyn Bynum (Barbara), Charles Shaheed (Barbara), Jerry Shaheed (Elizabeth), Anthony Moorman and Tony Talley; grandchildren, David Reliford, KhaSabian Cobbs, Nakiya Douglas, Naaman Douglas and KhaShayla Clemons; one great-granddaughter , KhaLayah Cobbs; aunts/sisters, Dorothy Clipper, Patsy Smith and Carolyn Eddleton; special brother/friend, Allen Connor; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Memorial service will be Saturday, January 27th at 1:30 p.m., at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home (501) 372-1305.
