Rita Gayle Sipe, 62, of El Paso, Arkansas died January 27, 2018. She is survived by her husband, Bro. Mike Sipe, son, Jeremy of El Paso, daughter, Renada and husband John Payne of Ward, five grandchildren, her parents, Tommy and Helen Waymack of Cabot and brother, Randy Waymack of Cabot.
