Onita Ollar McFalls, 86 of Dumas, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018 at Lincoln Heights Healthcare in Star City. She was born November 4, 1931 in Cornerville to the late T.D. "Bus" and Oma Lee Haygood Ollar. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dumas, was a retired school nurse for Dumas School District and was a member of the Red Hats Society in Dumas. Also preceding her in death were her husband, Thomas J. McFalls; two daughters, Jo Carol Burnett and Cindy McFalls and a brother, Merrill Ollar. Survivors include three daughters, Charlotte (Larry) Burnett, Connie (Ray) Lenderman, all of Dumas and Camille (Marty) Chambers of Glendale; two sisters, Billie Jo (Lavon) White of Greenwood and Ellen Rose Watson of Columbia, Mo; sister-in-law, Jo Ollar of Monticello; eight grandsons and two granddaughters; four great-grandsons and four great-granddaughters. Funeral services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Griffin Funeral Chapel with Bro. Brad Elrod officiating. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial at Drake Cemetery. Grandsons will be pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Jo Carol Tucker Burnett Scholarship Fund, c/o Arkansas Community Foundation, P.O. Box 849, Dumas, Ark. 71639.
