Donnita Gayle McConnell, age 59, of Fayetteville, died Saturday, July 14, 2018 in Fayetteville. She was born July 4, 1959 in Fayetteville, the daughter of Norman Eugene and Reta Royce Haskell Carney. She was a homemaker and a prestigious real estate agent. She is survived by her life partner, Tim Preston; a daughter, Darcy Gene McConnell of Fayetteville; a son, Michael Preston of Fayetteville; her parents, Gene and Reta Carney of Clearwater, Florida and two grandchildren, Sylis Gene McConnell and Ricker Preston. Visitation will be 4 pm – 6 p.m., Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Moore's Chapel.
