Ronald "Ronnie" Joe Reed

Ronald "Ronnie" Joe Reed, 64, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away July 14, 2018. He was born March 15, 1954, in Pine Bluff to Billy Kenneth and Rolean Gertrude (Laminack) Reed. Ronnie was preceded in death by his father and sister, Karen Durkee. Survivors include his mother, Rolean Reed of Rison; mother of his children, Marilyn Reed of Little Rock; son, Joe Reed of Hot Springs; daughter, Katy Fryar (Branon) of Bryant, Kellie Reed Strasnick (Craig) of Hot Springs; brothers, James Reed (Lea Ellen) of Sheridan, Gary Reed (Debbie) of Hot Springs, Randy Reed of Rison; grandchildren, Nicolas and Lauren Kate Fryar, Hallie and Houston Glisson, Jace Strasnick; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and a very significant other, Linda Lambert. A celebration of Ronnie's life will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Rowell Cemetery in Rison, Arkansas.
