Joyce Ann Perkins-Dolphus, 59, of Little Rock, passed away Monday July 16, 2018. She leaves to cherish her memory her mother Betty Perkins, children; Shayla Sewell, Khayla Sewell and Corey Timms, siblings; Maurice Perkins, Lee Perkins, Rita Timms, Judy Gaddie (Kenneth), Loretta Moody, Latonia Garner and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 21, 2018, 11 a.m., King Solomon Baptist Church, 1304 Pine Street North Little Rock.
