Elijah Scott Chouinard and Khi Anthony Chouinard, infant twin boys, died on July 18, 2018 in Siloam Springs. They were born on July 18, 2018 to Leighann Morgan Davis and Alexander Nathanial Chouinard. They are survived by their mother, Leighann Davis of Siloam Springs, Ark.; their father, Alexander Chouinard of Bentonville, Ark.; maternal grandmother, Misty Davis of Siloam Springs, Ark.; maternal grandfather, Travis Davis of Mansfield, Ark.; paternal grandparents, Tanya and husband Ron Chouinard Jr. of Lowell, Ark.; four aunts, Elizabeth Brannon and husband Shawn of Siloam Springs, Ark., Cheyanne Davis of Camden, Ark., Cierra Davis of Camden, Ark., and Alana Rogers Chouinard of Potsdam, N. Y.; three uncles, Hunter Davis of Siloam Springs, Ark., Zachary Chouinard of Lowell, Ark., and Ryan Chouinard of Lowell, Ark.; and close family friends, Angel Anderson and husband Andy of Cave Springs, Ark.
