Paul Roy Phifer Jr.

Paul Roy Phifer, Jr., of Orlando, Florida passed away on June 13, 2018. He was the son of Paul and Ola Mae Phifer, of Little Rock. He is survived by Paul Roy Phifer III, DelSandra McCallum, caretaker surrogate niece and nephew Sherrelyn and Damian Hogans, and one sister Louise Milett.
