Our Beloved Mamaw, Annie Bell Williams, 91, of Little Rock, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2018. She was surrounded by much of her family in the days prior to her passing. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God gave her peace in her final days.
Ann was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Donald Eugene Williams; parents, Casper and Mary Voris Dum, her brother, Bud Dum and sister, Mary Jane Dum and a son-in-law of 28 years, Jim Henry. Ann is survived by two children; Curtis Williams and Karan Henry of Hot Springs, and step-daughter, Renae Goodwin of Santa Clara, California. Ann is also survived by many grandchildren; Richard and Jenny Williams of Dallas, Texas, Jason and Ashley Ballard of Hot Springs, Courtney Henry of Hot Springs, Casey and Whitney Henry of Bentonville, and Bryan Goodwin of Santa Clara, California. Ann is also survived by many great-grandchildren; Matthew and Molly Williams, Madisson Williams, Alleigh and Abby Ballard, Hayleigh Wyrick, Jayda Hunter, Hallie Ford and Reese Henry.
Ann was blessed with a large and loving family whom she supported in her entirety. Ann spent much of her time with her husband Don. Together they built a life that most can only imagine. Ann was a loving, supporting and selfless lady to her family and friends. She was quick to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. She was of Baptist faith and loved going to church regularly. She was an amazing cook and loved to read, especially Danielle Steel novels. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren. She retired from Southwestern Bell after 41 plus years of service. She also enjoyed watching old T.V. shows and movies.
Ann had many friends but none as special as her neighbors of over 40 years, Leo and Maxine Tollett. Ann considered them family along with Neil and Nola Gibbs of Little Rock.
