Joyce Marie Graddy

Joyce Graddy, 87, of Conway, Ark., went to be with the Lord, Saturday, June 16, 2018. She was born February 21, 1931, in Conway, Ark., to the late Marvin Anthony and LaVerne Anthony. Joyce was preceded in death by her beloved husband Bill. Joyce was a faithful member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Conway, until she was no longer able to attend. She worked as an administrative assistant, business owner, and a case manager. Joyce loved helping people and had a flair for decorating. She especially loved decorating for Christmas and the house full of family. She was an excellent calligrapher and had the most beautiful handwriting, which she credited to her sixth grade teacher, Harry Gatlin. Joyce was loved very much by her friends and family, who will dearly miss her quick smile and gift of verbosity. Left to cherish her memory is her loving family, daughters, Suzy Davidson of Greenwood, Ark.; Shawn Dickensheets and husband David, of Conroe, Texas, and her son Shane Graddy of Harrison, Ark. She was so very proud of her five grandchildren, Dr. Kate Street and husband Brandon, Blake Davidson and wife Kristen, Megen Graddy, Eva Graddy, and Sam Dickensheets. She also has five great-grandchildren, Amelia Street, Rhythm Graddy, Sloane Street, June Davidson, and Callan Street.
