Johnie Neal Oglesby

Johnie Neal Oglesby, 82, of Cabot, passed away June 18, 2018. He was born March 25, 1936, in Millen, Georgia, to Paul Oglesby Sr. and Dora Oglesby. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Joyce Oglesby, and by three siblings, Dennis Wayne Fisher, Ida Ann McMahon and Suzie Brassfield. Johnie served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and retired after serving over 20 years. He was of the Pentecostal Faith. He is survived by his daughter, Tracie Baker of Cabot; five grandchildren, Donna Phillips, Jonathan Oglesby, Trever Baker, Jordyn Durham and Drew Brassfield; 10 great-grandchildren; and by sister, Pat Cass (Ray) of Cabot. Visitation will be Thursday, June 21, from 6 to 8 p.m. and services on Friday, June 22, at 2 p.m., both at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock.
