Mary Frances Clegg

Mary Frances "Butch" Clegg, was born in Malvern, Arkansas on March 24, 1945 to the late Nathaniel Nolen and the late Dorothy Jefferson. On Friday, June 15, 2018, Mary Frances passed away at her home in Prattsville, Arkansas. Mary Frances was preceded in death by her aforementioned parents; step-father, John Bazziel; three brothers: Dewayne Nolen, Jesse "Bubba" Hall, and Joe Henry Nolen; and one brother-in-law, Jessie Pumphrey. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Leonard Clegg of Prattsville, Ark.; one daughter, Chastity Clegg of Portland, OR; three grandchildren: Marlenae Hicks, Jahvari Martino, and Sentori Martino, all of Portland, OR; one brother, Nathan Nolen, Sr. of Malvern, Ark.; six sisters-in-law: Mildred Doby of Sheridan, Ark., Wilsa Robinson, Millie Williams, and Bessie Johnson, all of Little Rock, Ark., Geneva Nolen of Malvern, Ark., and Doris Hall of Chicago, Ill.; two brothers-in-law: Grover Clegg (Betty) of Portland, Ore., and Morris Clegg of Bryant, Ark.; and a host of other relatives. A visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, June 22, 2018 at Brandon's Mortuary, 329 W. 3rd St. Malvern, Ark. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at Davis Creek Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Philadelphia Cemetery.
