David Lee Matthews

David Lee Matthews was born in St. Louis, Missouri at the Salvation Army Hospital on March 19, 1934. He died at the Heart Hospital in Little Rock on June 24, 2018. He was raised in foster care and in a German orphanage. He was in the military-the Air Force and Navy for four years. After leaving the military he lived in different parts of the country such as Las Vegas, Nevada and Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He has several jobs including being an electrician and a hardware salesman. He married Alberta in 1997 and they moved to Little Rock in 2012. They moved into Good Shepherd and Alberta had heart issues and died in December 2013. David attended First United Methodist Church where he was active in the Unity Sunday School class.
