Louise S. Banks, 83, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life March 4, 2018. She was preceded in death by: father, Van Savage Sr.; sister, Sadie Rooks; brother, John Savage; sister, Ada Dennis. Louise leaves to cherish her memory: son, Stanley Louis Phillips; sibling, Van Savage Jr.; grandson, Jermany Kelso; a host of other relatives and friends.
