Tommy H. Russell Jr.

Tommy H. Russell Jr., 59, passed away on March 2, 2018. Tommy was a native of North Little Rock, and resided in Payson, Ariz. Tommy was born on May 18, 1958 to the late Tommy H. Russell Sr. and Maxine Brown Russell. He studied English at Hendrix College in Conway, and graduated from North Little Rock High School in 1976. In 1980, Tommy moved to Las Vegas, Nev., and onto Payson, Ariz., to operate his health insurance agency. Tommy will be greatly missed by Colleen, his wife of 35 years; his mother, Maxine Brown; and his two siblings, Jimmy (Mary) Russell and Alicia (Curtis) Short, who reside in North Little Rock. Tommy also loved his nephews, nieces, and cousins with fervor. The Russell family would like to thank Payson Hospice Foundation for their support. Cremation was held March 10, 2018 in the Rim Country near Payson, Ariz. His zeal for life, his laugh, and his love for others will keep him forever remembered. Go rest high on that mountain, for your work on earth is done.
