Phyllis Jane Zeps, 84, of Lonoke passed away, Thursday, April 26, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Daisy Wilkes and husband Frank Zeps. Survivors are son, Randy (Dinecia) Zeps, daughter, Francie Jo Clemmons, grandchildren, Jordan, Jamie, Stephanie and Natalie and five great-grandchildren.
