Stella L. Hill-Webb, 65, of Little Rock, Ark, departed this life April 26, 2018. She is preceded in death by her parents David Tillman and Mary Pinkston. She leaves to cherish her memory: son: Charles Hill (Teshia), siblings: Delores Jones, Roxann Walker, Vetonia Eason and Lee Parks, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
