Oscar Wayne Blucker

OSCAR WAYNE BLUCKER, 91, of Jacksonville, passed away on May 11, 2018. He was born September 17, 1926 in North Little Rock to Oscar and Linnie Blucker. He is survived by his daughters, Linda C. Blucker and Kimberly L. Kight; grandsons, Ian Tyler Kight and Elijah Wayne Davis. In addition to his parents, Oscar is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Lee Blucker; two brothers, Major Blucker and Guy "Dickie" Blucker; three sisters, Ruth Crosser, Edith Jones, and Shirley Sullivan; and his son-in-law, David H. Kight. Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street.
