Jaime Brook Mitchell

Jaime Brook Mitchell, age 42 of Little Rock, Ark., passed away on Monday, May 7, 2018. She was born in Little Rock on June 18, 1975. Jaime graduated high school in 1993, earned her undergraduate degree from Hendrix College in 1997 before graduating with her master's degree in Special Education from UALR. Jaime taught special education in the Little Rock school district, was an avid animal lover fostering and adopting Mastiff's and had a kind and loving heart. She is survived by her father, John T. Mitchell of Cane Hill, Ark.; mother, Debbie K. Gudith (Roger) of Roland, Ark.; one brother, Tate Mitchell of Cane Hill, Ark.; one uncle, Bruce Kastel (Colleen) of Little Rock, one cousin, Renee Allen (Jerry) of Mabelvalle, Ark. and many friends and other family members whom she cherished. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ed and Joanne Kastel and her paternal grandparents, Joseph and Mildred Appleby Mitchell and one cousin, Candi Kastel. A visitation will begin at 5 p.m. with a memorial service beginning at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Roller Chenal Funeral home with Reverend Tony Jones officiating.
