Christopher R. Griffin

Christopher R. Griffin: May 20, 1981 to May 5, 2018. Chris died in a motor vehicle accident on May 5, 2018. He lived in Clearwater, Florida area for nearly 20 years. Left behind are Shirley Smith, mother; Jimmy C. Griffin, father; brothers, Clinton Brown and Clayton Shane Griffin. He had numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. During his life in Florida he excelled as a top salesman in energy. He worked for 3 years at Cross Fit and just reached his goals through commitment and perseverance. He was known by many as a "best friend," "brother" and "godfather." He leaves behind a legacy of humility, confidence, love for life and a "peacemaker," who was there for all who knew him. Services were held last weekend to celebrate the life of Chris Griffin by those who loved him in Clearwater and Texarkana. For those who knew and loved Chris now have a empty place in their hearts where he is sorely missed.
