Fritz Drew Barnes

Fritz Drew Barnes, age 75, of Little Rock passed away February 14, 2018, due to complications from Parkinson's disease. She was born August 4, 1942 to Bard and Drucilla Lay Barnes. Fritzi donated her body to medical science. She was a caring, giving person in life, as she is in death, and wished that others might be helped by her illness. This was evident throughout her life, as she spent many years as a caregiver for family. Fritzi spent almost 30 years of trusted service with Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages, the majority as a supervisor in the Dallas and St Louis operations. Fritzi was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Barbara Barnes Broce. She is survived by sister, Jacklyn Barnes Fell, nephews, Allan and David Broce, James and Eric Fell, niece, Ashley Broce Hanna, and numerous cousins and other relatives. Fritzi was greatly loved by all and will be dearly missed. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 9, at 11 a.m. at Parkway Place Baptist Church in Little Rock.
