Jeanette Louise Herrod

JEANETTE LOUISE HERROD, 92, of North Little Rock, Ark., passed away on Oct. 31, 2018. She was born Sept. 7, 1926 to Mitch and Mabel Owen. She was predeceased by her husband, to whom she was a devoted companion for 55 years. Jeanette was a loving mother to two children Mary Elizabeth Sperry, by whom she was preceded, and Paul Edward Herrod, by whom she is survived. Mrs. Herrod is also survived by three grandchildren Bobby Sheffield, Beth Carroll and James Herrod; three great-grandchildren Max Carroll, Victoria Carroll and Thomas Sheffield. She was a clerk for the Missouri Pacific Railroad, a volunteer for Baptist Hospital, a 50-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star (Jewell Chapter), and a proud NLR High School Alumni. Mrs. Herrod was a member at Maumelle First United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
