Mary Jean Holcomb

MARY "JEAN" HOLCOMB, 82, of Sherwood passed away on Friday, November 2, 2018. She was born in Scott, Arkansas on August 18, 1936 to the late Lonzo and Ida (Martin) Pierce. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, William Holcomb; daughter, Sharon Holcomb; sister, Lula Gautney; and brother, Delbert Pierce. Jean is survived by her nieces, a nephew, and a number of great-nieces and nephews. Jean spent thirty years in the insurance industry, with several different companies, in customer service, administration and underwriting. She was also a devoted member of The Moose Lodge for more than thirty years. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Edgewood Memorial Park.
