John William Heard, 74, of Cotter, died November 8, 2018. Visitation is November 13, 2018 at 4-8 p.m. at the Conner Family Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral is November 14, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Gassville Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Walnut Hill Cemetery in Cotter.
