A visitation will be held there on Wednesday from 6–8 p.m. Words alone cannot express the depth of gratitude felt by Dale's family for the gifted, dedicated, and compassionate team who gave us over 17 bonus years with him. We are forever indebted to Dr. Steve Hutchins, Dr. John Ransom, PA Wes Hall, Lola Fish, and staff at Baptist Health Heart Transplant Institute; Dale's favorite nurses on the 8th floor at Baptist Health; and above all, the donor who generously gave the gift of life through heart transplant. Please consider honoring Dale's life by becoming an organ donor. This can be designated on your driver's license. More information can be found at www.arora.org. Dale's family also appreciates the care given to Dale in his last years at Robinson Nursing and Rehab and by the staff of Kindred Care Hospice. Online guestbook at www.SmithFamilyCares.com.
